In these changing challenging times, many people feel drawn to work for our planet and community. The heart yearns to re-connect to our Earth from a place of balance and harmony. Nature awaits our awakening. But where do we start?
This five day workshop 12-16 June 2025 is based on the beautiful work of Sandra Ingerman’s Medicine for the Earth: shamanicteachers.com. Our intention is to learn practices which integrate our spiritual work into our daily lives becoming the change we want to see in the world.
Through the workshop, we will learn how to transmute negative beliefs and attitudes through the practice of transfiguration. As we find balance and harmony within we effect the world without. Our Earth needs us. Now is the time for us to heal, to integrate at our most compassionate.
Throughout our days together we will work with all the elements: Earth, Air, Fire and Water. Ceremonies will be held each night including a fire ceremony.
The workshop will be held off grid, deep in the Black Hills, on the Welsh border, [Bruce Chatwin country!] in wild welsh woodland near Abergavenny/ Hay on Wye. (Please note that facilities off grid are basic). The whole camp site will be for our sole use. We will work in a large yurt and the woodlands. There is a choice of camping or staying in a yurt dormitory style. The course is self catering to keep costs down, and there is a fully kitted out field kitchen for our use.
Medicine for the Earth results are so powerful that Sandra was asked to present her results to the United Nations. Please have a look at her site for a sense of the work involved.
